The Westport Jetty Cats

We provide care for the “Westport Jetty Cats”.
A volunteer feeds them on a daily schedule, and will note any evident medical issues. For many years, the jetty was an unfortunate dumping ground for unloved kittens, cats or even sick animals. This still occurs, though with less frequency.

When a new animal shows up, our feeder will watch for any health concerns. According to our evaluation and priority, an animal will be carefully trapped and taken to a veterinarian for a health check. Also to be spayed or neutered. We will temporarily foster until a new home or barn is located, where they can be safe and loved.
