CARA is a volunteer‑run nonprofit serving the South Beach area of Washington’s coast. We focus on TNR for community cats, provide veterinary support for stray and feral animals, and help reduce overpopulation through spay and neuter programs. We also operate a twice‑monthly pet food bank to support families and their animals.
